Ik ben John van der Draai, Business Process Management expert . Ik ben een allround bedrijfsadviseur en projectmanager. Het analyseren en ontrafelen van complexe situaties zijn mij op het lijf geschreven. Daarbij maak ik gebruik van mijn sociale vaardigheden om, door partijen te verbinden en op basis van de juiste vragen en de juiste toon, de gewenste informatie te krijgen. Mijn zeer brede ervaring met organisatiebrede veranderingstrajecten stelt me in staat om vanuit een sterke helikopterview snel zaken te constateren en rapporteren. In his 15 year-long career, he has gained a large expertise in numerous areas of the banking and investment area, among which financial markets, securities, alternative investments, asset management, custody and private banking. His qualities include his analytical abilities, deep domain knowledge and organizational and social skills.

Ria Steenhorst is a representative woman with years of experience in administration. For several different companies she fulfilled administrative and secretarial positions and in recent years she has been responsible for financial and personnel administrations. She sees it as a challenge to create order in neglected administrations and in many cases started out with only shoeboxes full of receipts, etc. She’s always considered a trustworthy person in the companies she’s has worked for.
